Welcome to the MasterCare Restoration Lab, the part of our facility dedicated to research and development: In other words, where we do our homework.

The MasterCare Lab has been flooded and dried over 50 times for flood restoration education and training. New drying methods have been tested here; old methods have been improved upon. It is also where we demonstrate to facility managers, insurance agents, homebuilders and a wide variety of other interested parties our state-of-the-art drying methods and equipment.

Carpet cleaning products and systems are tested here as well, including those that are “green,” so that we can select the best products and methods for cleaning and protecting the wide array of carpets that are installed in today’s homes and businesses.

The Mastercare Lab has been an essential part of the MasterCare Edge. It is how we stay current with the technology, and how we differentiate the snake oil from the genuine as we are bombarded daily with “improved” methods, equipment and applications.
